Role Purpose:
As a Safety Administrator, your role is to provide all administration to the H&S team and Training team aligned to the updating of all site risk assessments.
What you could be doing - includes:
- Standardising the formatting of all site risk assessments on site in line with the agreed plans and group guidelines.
- Update/overhaul site risk assessment - following the Safety & Training Coordinators facilitating a review of the risk assessment with a subject matter expert.
- Document control and updating document control logs aligned to site risk assessments.
- Provide administrative support at meeings in relation to site risk assessment plans.
What we need from you:
Essential:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong administration skills, experience in use of MS office Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail
