Senior IAM Consultant – London hybrid - £65,000 - £85,000 + Excellent benefits
Locke & McCloud are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Consultant to join our clients growing IAM & Cloud Security division. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on IAM & Cloud Security to various clients, in addition to designing, implementing, and managing identity and Access Management solutions across various organisations.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of IAM concepts, industry best practices, and the ability to collaborate with clients to address their specific security needs.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design comprehensive IAM strategies.
- Develop and implement IAM solutions that align with industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Design and implement processes for efficient and secure identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and account management.
- Ensure adherence to policies and compliance requirements throughout the identity lifecycle.
- Develop and enforce access control policies to safeguard sensitive information.
- Integrate IAM solutions with other security and IT systems, such as directory services, identity providers, and enterprise applications.
- Implement identity governance frameworks to manage access certifications, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique IAM requirements and challenges.
- Provide expertise and guidance to support clients in optimizing their IAM processes.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Strong track record in an IAM Consultant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or similar.
- Ability to consult with clients at C and board level to create bespoke IAM & Cloud Security strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
