The Company:
The opportunity to join a growing Financial Planning and Wealth Management company who’s focus is to put the client first and provide an excellent and seamless service. A well-established firm with an incredibly friendly working environment.
They are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and has a strong knowledge of the role and able to provide back office support to their team of experience advisers.
Responsibilities:
- Processing new business
- Updating back office systems
- Dealing with any client queries and being a first point of contact between client and adviser
- Processing and sending Letters of Authority
- Provide support or training to new members of staff if required
- Any ad hoc administration tasks
- Liaising with providers
The Required Skills:
- Previous experience working in a Financial Planning Administration role
- Organised and structured
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and process’.
- Willingness to further studies and develop knowledge
- Relevant exams desirable but not required
- Knowledge of back office systems and Microsoft Office
