Job Description
This role will include but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for completing non-client facing tasks in relation to the preparation and administration of recommendations being made
- Liaising with our financial advisers as appropriate and providing support
- Acting as a point of contact for clients and dealing with their queries in an efficient and timely manner
- Making sure any updates and reports are issued to our clients in a timely manner
- Preparing and maintaining client files, including: Collecting all relevant information to support any recommendations to be made and submitting new advice application paperwork
- Making sure all relevant documentation held within a client file is compliant
- Back office maintenance
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior IFA Administrator will require the following:
- Previous administration experience within a IFA
- Comfortable working across MS Office suite of applications.
- Able to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly to key persons / teams.
- High level of accuracy and concentration with ability to grasp new tasks quickly.
- Adaptable and flexible, and able to accept responsibility for given tasks.
- Ability to build constructive relationships with other members of staff at various levels.
