With the forthcoming phase-out of gas boilers for newbuilds and increasing interest in heat pumps, we felt it was time to promote that we offer more than just gas solutions. Our Heating Engineers are MCS certified, meaning they can install air source heat pumps to the highest standards, delivering greener energy to homes and businesses across the South!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join our Finance Team as an Accounts Assistant. Your main focus will be on Purchase Ledger accounting, but further responsibilities include:
- Checking and logging purchase invoices
- Updating costing sheets and weekly bank forecast sheets
- Filing and data entry as required to support the day-to-day administration
- Updating Engineers weekly call out rotas
- Updating holiday requests for both internal staff and engineers
- Processing weekly and monthly timesheets
What we’re looking for:
- Motivated and pro-active approach
- Previous experience in administration
- Experience in processing timesheets / invoices is desirable
- Competent IT Skills: Microsoft Excel preferably
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
