Part-Time Accounts Assistant - £15 per hour – Basingstoke

An introduction to the company and role:

Wade Macdonald are currently working with a well-established business based in Basingstoke who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team on a part-time basis right away.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

• Posting and coding subcontract invoices
• Statement reconciliations
• Creating new accounts
• Printing and scanning invoices
• Seeking approvals
• Processing subcontractor applications.
• Credit checking
• Scanning weekly and monthly time sheets and expenses

What experience do you need?

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• CIS knowledge
