SalaryCMA Recruitment Group is working with a well-known industrial business based near Fareham, Hampshire, to help them recruit a Payroll Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contract.
What will the Payroll Assistant role involve:
- Running the end-to-end payroll for c300 employees (weekly);
- Setting up new starters and leavers;
- Sending out payslips through Sage;
- Raising P45s;
- Importing information to and from Excel.
Suitable candidate for the Payroll Assistant:
- Solid experience in payroll to be able to hit the ground running;
- Comfortable in a fast paced, demanding payroll role, especially for the first two days of the week;
- Experience with CIS would be an advantage but not essential;
- Due to the office location applicants must have access to a car.
