Our Client & About the Role:
I’m delighted to be working with this super cool hi-tech organisation who are going through a very exciting period due to a merger. You will be supporting and reporting to the HR Director, HR team and employees.
The Global Payroll Specialist/HR Assistant will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing, verification, and reconciliation of all international payroll data, in compliance with applicable legal requirements and company policies. This position requires excellent organisational skills to manage 15 complex European and Asia Pac payrolls, communication and attention to detail, as well as a strong working knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. This role also requires HR support to the team, HR projects and all related HR administration.
Experience Needed:
The ideal candidate for this position will have general knowledge of payroll/employment legislation, working with partners of the payroll providers in several different country locations, which will include Australia, Canada, China, Finland, France, Germany, India, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Turkey & UK. Some of these payrolls only contain small numbers of people and some are working with the Employer of Record. Knowledge of Human Resources practices would be extremely desirable.
