SalaryJob Title: Senior IFA Administrator / Junior ParaplannerLocation: Sutton Coldfield, UKSalary: Up to £40,000 per annum (Experience and qualifications dependent)
Benefits:
- 25 days of annual leave, in addition to bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 10 years of service.
- Employer contribution starting at 3% (after 3 months) and increasing to 5% after 5 years.
- Death in service benefit at 4 times the salary.
- Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home. During the probation period (6 months), one day a week remote work is allowed, increasing to two days upon completion of probation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), assisting with client correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing client databases.
- Undertake technical tasks including the preparation of suitability reports, conducting research, and assisting with financial analysis.
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure the smooth execution of financial plans and the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
- Support junior team members in their professional development, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster growth.
