As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support and project delivery. You will have significant experience in the Microsoft range of solutions such as Windows Server and Microsoft Azure.

- Storage - SAN's (NetApp, HP, Dell)
- Windows Server 2008 - 2022
- MS Exchange 2010 to 2019
- Networking - Switch configuration and design (HP/Cisco/Dell)
- Next Generation Firewalls
- Microsoft 365

Candidate Requirements.
- Proven track record via previous experience and references within this role.
- Proven experience in a similar role in a similar environment are prerequisites
- Great communication skills and ability to empathise with customers, and so maintain a well-balanced and realistic relationship with them.
- A can-do enthusiastic attitude, willing to investigate and take on new technologies.
- Outstanding time and job management skills.
- To be able to cooperate effectively with other company departments, ensuring a mutual 'work together' approach is maintained.
- To confidently engage with the management team.
- Smartly presented at all times, with a calm but confident persona when dealing with difficult situations/people.
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
