Individual Giving Fundraiser (Stewardship), an excellent opportunity to join a well-known National Health Charity. Remote Working.
As the Individual Giving Fundraiser (Stewardship), you will join a fantastic team, working with the Stewardship Development Manager and colleagues, responsible for managing, planning, delivering a range of stewardship campaigns, focused on engaging, retaining and developing existing supporters. Campaigns include supporter magazine, warm & cold telemarketing, supporter welcome, donor journeys, along with loyalty & upgrade activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management, developing marketing plans for online and offline campaigns.
- Manage creative development of campaigns, briefing external agencies on creative approach.
- Manage audience segmentation, working with the Data Team or external agencies for digital and direct mail campaigns.
- Provide brief materials for in-house teams/fulfilment house for campaigns.
- Creative management, reviewing artwork/copy to ensure it meets campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Work with agencies to deliver creative concepts, research case studies to feed into the creative process.
- Manage weekly reporting, analyse results and make recommendations where needed.
To be successful in this Individual Giving Fundraiser (Stewardship) role, you’ll have previous experience and knowledge of:
- Working within Individual Giving, Direct Marketing, project managing supporter engagement programmes across channels such as direct mail, telemarketing and digital.
- Project managing campaigns from concept, through delivery, and campaign analysis and managing external agencies/freelancers.

- Salary is dependent on location and experience: Located within the M25: £31,944 to £34,500 pa. (Inclusive of London Allowance). Located Nationally: £28,444 to £31,000 pa.
