Senior Individual Giving Manager

We are working with a fantastic Children’s Charity to support the recruitment of their Senior Individual Giving Manager on a permanent basis.

What’s on offer:

·       Salary: £43,000-£46,000

·       Working pattern: The organisation offers a fully-remote working pattern, coming into the London office 1 day/quarter for team meetings/development. Candidates are welcome to come in more if desired!

·       Managing a team of 2+

The Senior Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for the stewardship and development strategy to maximise the lifetime value of supporters, while implementing an effective programme to steward donors using a range of channels.

This is a pivotal role, with a focus on delivering fully-integrated appeals that lead to growth within the Individual Giving space.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Develop and plan the development & stewardship strategy

·       Evaluate the impact of IG products

·       Develop an integrated approach to supporter journeys

·       Ensure awareness of fundraising trends impacting the marketplace, focusing on IG

·       Manage budget planning for IG product areas while monitoring monthly performance against budget

·       Lead IG activity including direct mail, door-to-door, private sites, street, telemarketing, DRTV and digital channels

·       Monitor and drive the direction of campaigns, ensuring they are fully-integrated across a range of channels

Key skills include:

·       Team management experience

·       Proven strategic planning skills, ability to use market knowledge and internal performance data

·       Extensive experience planning and delivering integrated IG campaigns, resulting in fundraising growth

·       Budget management experience

·       Ability to bring ideas!
