Senior Infrastructure Analyst
The Opportunity:
Are you our next Senior Infrastructure Analyst. We are looking for someone who can help us redefine what's possible for are our IT department.

What's the role?
To lead and define technical direction of core technology platforms as SME. Lead technical delivery of new solutions within technology domain.
What you'll be doing?
- Ownership and direction for in scope technology domain
- Technical lead for new solutions involving in scope technology domain.
- Subject matter expertise in aligned technology domain
- Make sure technology platforms are fit for purpose and aligned with core IT objectives; new solutions match project requirements.
- Adherence to agreed availability and response time metrics for services within scope of expertise.
- Making sure appropriate technical certifications in place and up to date
Do you have what we're looking for?
- Significant expertise in installation, configuration, administration, patching, upgrades, and problem resolution in a range of the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022 and Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services, Configuration Management (MECM),
- Experience with Load Balancing technologies Microsoft, F5
- Expertise in Microsoft O365 platform, O365 Admin, Teams, One Drive, and associated applications.
- Experience of Infrastructure as a Service providers such as Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
- Hands on experience of HP server and storage hardware including blade systems, Virtual Connect and 3Par storage platform.
- Backup and Restore procedures, Rubrik.
- Microsoft edge technologies including, Microsoft, Wallix and Web Application Proxy
- Extensive experience with VMware's vSphere virtualisation technologies
- Experience with Nutanix virtualisation technologies
- Good understanding of Authentication SSO, IPAM & also core network principles.
