Role Overview:

As a key member of the Transformation and Change Team, you will spearhead the internal change Project Management capability, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Your responsibilities encompass team leadership, maximizing ROI for internal transformational change, guiding project management development, and enhancing the internal profile of this function. Additionally, you will provide coaching and mentorship to junior project managers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading project management within change/IT environments.
• Advanced knowledge of project management in system change scenarios.
• Proficiency in various delivery approaches (waterfall, agile), adapting to specific needs.
• Capability to challenge the status quo, drive change through visible ownership, clear communication, and a focus on strategic goals and benefits realization.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching junior project managers.
• Extensive background in managing a large portfolio.

Location: Teddington 3 days a week!

Salary: £60k
