Link3 Recruitment are seeking a talented and experienced IT Technician to start work in one of our Secondary Schools located within Northampton.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic person who are committed to providing the highest quality education to secondary school children across Northampton.

Responsibilities:

To provide excellent IT Support and customer service, working with the Regional IT Manager and IT Technician to support the IT systems at the academy

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an IT Technician (preferably in an educational setting).
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and SIMS.
* Familiarity with educational software, learning management systems, and classroom technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Participate in training sessions for staff on systems they use. This includes touchscreen TVs, Office 365, CCTV, telephone system and other IT systems used by the academy.
