2024 is here and Belcan International is looking to kickstart the year strong, recruiting for a Senior Learning and Development Partner, to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an autonomous role starting with a blank canvas, complete flexibility to provide your expertise in designing, delivering and implementing career development plans business wide. Belcan has offices throughout the UK so you will get the opportunity to travel and engage across the divisions.

As a Senior Learning and Development Partner you will design and deliver courses and workshops to aid Managers in developing their team members, through the deployment of career pathways. You will be responsible for all early career activity across the organisation, working with line managers, selected universities and apprenticeship training providers. You will be comfortable in completing administrative tasks where required, such as creating a roadmap for the increased participation in professional bodies (such as IMechE, CIPD and STEM).

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience designing and deploying development programmes.
• Current knowledge of effective and blended learning & development methods (classroom, e-learning, job shadowing).
• Previous experience effectively communicating with a wide range of individuals, including technical specialists.
• Understanding of apprenticeship levy.
• Previous experience with early career programmes.
• A CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience is preferred.
