Job Title: Senior Learning & Talent Manager
Location: Bolton (Hybrid Working, 2 days minimum working in the office)
Contract Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £57,000 - £62,000 per annum dependent on experience
We're looking for a Senior Learning & Talent Manager who will take responsibility for creating and managing frameworks, processes, career pathways and activities that enable high performance and the attraction, retention, and growth of talent across the organisation.
As well as being creative, meticulous, and able to adapt your communication to various stakeholders, you will be commercially aware and create and implement viable talent strategies that will further improve the outcomes within our group.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in managing a team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition, management, and development
Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
Ability to coach, mentor and drive continuous improvements
Organised and structured in method of working
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
Grasp of modern technologies
Great interpersonal and motivational skills
Analytical and able to interpret data
Brilliant at influencing employees at all levels to support your strategies
Familiar with performance management and relevant software
Experience delivering employee training programmes
Understanding of labour legislation
Ability to use the relevant Human Resources tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
