What’s involved?
As a Senior Leasing Associate you will be responsible for managing the entire leasing process from start to finish, ensuring that the apartments are occupied by qualified tenants and maximizing occupancy rates. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Leasing Associate or similar role within serviced apartments and have demonstrated success in achieving leasing targets and maintaining high occupancy rates.
