We are now seeking to appoint a senior academic who has recent experience of leading a strong postgraduate business programme or has recent MBA programme leadership experience. This person will take an active lead role in supporting the Business School to build on its current MBA suite of programmes and position these as strong brands in the region and more generally globally. We are seeking ambitious academic leader who will support a teaching specialism within our Department of Strategy, Leadership and Operations. An academic track record in operations management or aligned analytics would be particularly desirable but equally the successful candidate would be expected to teach on the MBA programme to experienced managers. The post holder will engage in a range of teaching, leadership, research and knowledge exchange activities commensurate with the substantive academic position held. This role will also support the Senior Leadership Team to implement and realise our vision of a strong MBA suite of programmes which are delivered in London, internationally and online. The post holder will work across the Business School to provide leadership and management of our MBA and be responsible for strong recruitment, programme developments and an exceptional student experience. This position will be a Full Time 1FTE Post.  The initial appointment will be for the role of either Senior Lecturer and MBA Director, or Associate Professor and MBA Director, for an initial period of 3 years with a view to extend.  The MBA Director element of this role will equate to 0.6FTE and the successful candidate will revert to their full-time substantive post of either Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor.
