Senior Legal Cashier

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Cashier to contribute to the smooth running of the Matter Ledger team, helping the company to achieve excellent standards of client care.

As part of the role, you will process and oversee the financial transactions relating to client files in an accurate and timely manner. You will deal with high volumes, across a variety of work types and be able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring you are building key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you

• You are currently a Senior Legal Cashier, or an experienced Legal Cashier looking for the next steps in your career.
• You will have a wealth of experience of managing client accounts, and knowledge of Solicitor Accounting Rules.
• Ideally you will have experience using Proclaim or another Case Management System.
• The ability to use your technical skills and knowledge to perform the role to the highest standards and to the highest level of compliance.
• An ILFM Diploma, or currently studying towards one is desirable but not essential, and there are opportunities for the company to assist you with this.
