The team provides guidance to individuals and SME clients on various employment-related issues. They cater to a diverse client portfolio, advising on matters such as employment/service agreements, compensation, benefits, onboarding, and departures. Situated near Woking train station, the office provides easy access to local amenities. Responsibilities:In this role, the Senior Legal Secretary will provide vital support to a well established and highly regarded Employment Specialist Lawyer and his small team, focusing on delivering excellent client service. Duties include: Liaising with clients to comprehend their matters and ensure progress Administering files, including compliance matters such as AML Recording information in the practice management system Drafting letters, documents, and forms Audio and dictation Managing daily diaries for oneself and other lawyers Making appointments, arranging meetings, and booking roomsThis role offers significant responsibility and exposure to diverse employment matters within the dynamic team.The ideal candidate d Senior Legal Secretary who is passionate about delivering excellent client service.
