Dove & Hawk are proud to be working with a multi-branch agency based in SW London! They are looking for a new Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Barnes, who is looking to to progress quickly into a management position.
This role is perfect for someone who has experience in valuations, hungry for new business and is able to hit the ground running.
Duties
- Confidently register applicants, arrange, attend, and conduct property viewings.
- Managing & maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospect tenants.
- Strong understanding on the current market with the ability to give prospect Landlords up-to-date valuations.
- Proactive networking and canvassing activity to generate new business.
Requirements
- The ability to bring on new clients.
- Experienced in valuations
- Full UK driving license
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work in a growing team
Benefits
- Car allowance / pool car
Hours: 9am-6pm Mon-Fri
Salary: £22,000-£28,000, OTE £45,000+
