Role Overview: As a Senior Lettings Negotiator within the team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth running of letting processes. They will be responsible for conducting property viewings, managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the moving-in and moving-out processes for valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
- Guiding tenants through the application process, assisting with paperwork and documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and client interactions using internal systems.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Coordinating the moving-in and moving-out processes, liaising with tenants and landlords to ensure a seamless transition.
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential Lettings Negotiator or as a Senior Lettings Negotiator is essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- Non-drivers are welcome as the location is easily accessible by public transport.
