Are you currently a Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for a step up? Our client an award winning, forward thinking, multi office independent Estate Agent are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Assistant Lettings Manager to work in their busy office in Watford.
The Agency are very well established and highly regarded for the excellent level of customer service and advice they offer all of their clients as well as their extensive local market knowledge. They pride themselves on the services they offer using cutting edge technology.
You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits of the Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Assistant Manager role include:

• Basic £26,000 - £30,000
• OTE £40,000 - £46,000

Skills and experience needed for the Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Assistant Managerrole include:

• Must have previous Lettings experience
• Team player
• Well-presented and articulate
• Professional telephone manner
• Work well in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional customer-service skills
• Ambitious and target driven
• Natural selling ability
• Must hold full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car

The role of the Senior Lettings Negotiator/ Assistant Manager includes:

• Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
• Good working knowledge of inventory
• Focus will be on speaking with potential tenants, building relationships, generating leads.
• The ability to provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
• You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised, focused and accessible
