Senior Lettings Negotiator

Are you an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator looking for a new challenge ? Our client an award winning, 2 office independent Estate Agent are recruiting for a dynamic Senior Lettings Negotiator for their busy Stevenage office.The ideal candidate should be passionate about the property industry, with a strong understanding of the full lettings process, with previous experience in the industry. Where as valuing experience would be a welcome bonus it isn't essential for this position.You must be outgoing, driven and self-motivated, and used to working to targets and deadlines. You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.Salary package and benefits of the Senior Lettings Negotiator role include:

• Basic GBP25,000
• OTE GBP35,000

Skills and experience needed for the Senior Lettings Negotiator role include:

• Previous Lettings experience
• Team player
• Well-presented and articulate
• Professional telephone manner
• Enjoys dealing with customers face to face as well as over the phone
• Exceptional customer-service skills
• Ambitious and target driven
• Natural selling ability
• Must hold full UK driving licence

The role of the Senior Lettings Negotiator includes:

• Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
• Good working knowledge of inventory
• Focus will be on speaking with potential tenants, building relationships, generating leads.
• The ability to provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
• You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised, focused and accessible
