Senior Litigation Associate/Junior Partner 8 - 12 Yrs Pqe

We are currently working with a non-traditional law firm that is at the cutting edge of litigation to find them a senior litigator to be based in Liverpool.

Dealing with Cybersecurity, Mis-selling and Data breaches this role is both exciting and intellectually stimulating, as well as offering excellent career prospects. They are open to considering junior partners or ambitious senior associates who is looking for exciting work and a clear path to partnership.

The team are talented, smart and strategic and the environment in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial. They take on complicated cases — class actions matters in multiple jurisdictions—where their legal and strategic counsel is essential. It’s not just about applying the law but understanding the strategy and all the commercial aspects of the cases.

Over the last few years they have represented tens of thousands of claimants, as they stand up to large, well-funded defendants and win!

Essential Skills

• Must be a solicitor or barrister qualified in the UK.
• 8-12 PQE commercial litigation experience from a highly regarded law firm
• Excellent academics including a 2i at university
• Bright, Ambitious, Collegiate and Efficient
• Previous experience dealing with Class Actions or be able to demonstrate a keen interest in this area.
• Self-starter prepared to understand the environment and to adapt ways of working to progress the business
