The Senior Litigation Solicitor role will cover a varied range of duties, including:
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant property issues
- Professional negligence
- Building disputes
- General contract issues
- Partnership disputes
- Debt recovery
- Insolvency (corporate and personal)
- Inheritance claims
- Challenging and contesting of wills (claiming and defending)
- Financial provision for dependents
- Probate disputes
- Removal of executors
- Invalid wills
- Rules of intestacy
- Attending Litigation department meetings and training.
- Playing an active role in sustaining and developing the Litigation department by networking and participating in marketing events.
- ACTAPS membership would be advantageous, however not essential to the role.
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday – Friday
Location: Ashford
