Form of workNSTR is working with a leading accountancy and advisory firm to appoint a Senior Manager into their Business Services & Outsourcing department in Leeds.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team – planning, monitoring, reviewing work of junior members and taking responsibility for business development and marketing initiatives
- Identify compliance issues as they arise, acting with urgency and engaging with clients to resolve effectively
- Design custom management reports for complex clients, using knowledge and understanding of the client to include their business drivers and technology
- Maintain a full understanding of the key issues on all clients and assignments within client portfolio
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong UK GAAP and IFRS knowledge and experience
- Team management experience – coaching, development, performance management
- Wide commercial experience covering all aspects of running an organisation
