As a step in this development, we are now recruiting a (Senior) Manager Compliance.

Your future plans

  • Development of robust compliance management in specific region
  • Implementation of Group Compliance Dep Directives/policies/procedures
  • Design and roll-out compliance-relevant procedures
  • Coordinate awareness, training and communication campaigns
  • Contact person for all compliance-related questions in specific region
  • Key role in national/international Offshore-related projects incl M&A
  • Onboarding counterparties
  • Establishes excellent alignment and communication across internal business teams, different external stakeholders including Legal, Regulatory, Risk and Compliance staff
  • Reports and advises on Federal and State regulations
  • Compliance risk assessment, risk monitoring
  • Reports and advises on State and Federal regulations
  • Oversees controls definition, documentation, assessment of its effectiveness


Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally (in law or business admin or similar)
  • At least five years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated past experience with compliance specific responsibilities (controls, policies, programs) of the renewables, oil & gas or related industries, Offshore Wind industry experience would be desired
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with performance and operational metrics
  • Experience with reporting and tracking deadlines
  • Team player, Problem solver
  • English fluent; other local language skills preferred

How we work day-to-day

  • The role is full time permanent position working five days a week
  • This role sits in the UK but on a day-to-day basis we work with our colleagues who are based in the countries we operate in, especially Germany, the Netherlands and the US.
  • In this role you could be based in Swindon, London or homebased
