Senior Manager Or Associate Director

Our client is an award winning accountancy firm with offices in Cheltenham. They seek and experienced share schemes specialist. Ideally you will also have experience of share valuations, transaction tax experience would also be an advantage. Day to day this role involves:

-Managing employee share incentive advisory projects in conjunction with partners or directors
-Be able to draft and/or review advisory reports and/or tax valuation reports as required.
-Build and maintain tax relationships with clients and professional advisors.
-Provide a high level of client service.
-Provide tax technical support to other teams and build a strong internal network.
-Assist with the management and development of the tax team personnel

Examples of projects:
-Designing bespoke share incentives.
-Tax valuations of shares subject to complex ratchet structures.
-EMI valuations.
-ERS sections of due diligence reports.
-Tax valuations for share disposals to EOTs.
