Job description
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of high quality statutory Residential and Supported Living across the Trust area. He/she will ensure that services adhere to statutory requirements and comply with regulations outlined by RQIA. He/she will have lead responsibility for ensuring that Care Standards are met and will lead Improvements Plans as required by RQIA. The post holder will have a lead role in the review of directly managed Residential and Supported Living to inform future service plans. He/she will ensure that service users/carers are fully engaged in service reshape .
Request
At least 3 years experience at Management level (Band 7or above).Demonstrate continuous professional development.Able to evidence knowledge of health services management including managing change, managing projects etc (see more in JD). , Experience of working with people with a disability.
