The Senior Management Accountant will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day to day operations of the management accounting team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the team meets deadlines, maintaining a high standard of work quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The Senior Management Accountant will also be the primary point of contact for training and development within the team. .

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Qualified Accountant and current member of one of the following recognised CCAB bodies:Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA); Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA); Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA); Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountants (CIPFA).Proven experience in management accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.Demonstrate experience of use of computerised finance packages and experience in excelAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
