Senior Account Manager required by growing manufacturing company based in Windsor. The successful Senior Account Manger will be responsible for developing and growing business relationships and for managing the process from quotation through to order.
Main Duties - Senior Account Manger
- On boarding of new customers and managing business relationships
- Preparing customer quotations.
- Planning the production of customers' orders.
- Using sales data to prepare forecasts.
- Maintaining pricing and margins.
- Managing stock levels.
- Providing technical support to customers.
- Liaising between internal departments and the customer and providing updates.
- Maintaining and developing business relationships by carrying out site visits.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following - Senior Account Manager
- A background within a similar role ideally gained within a manufacturing or equivalent environment.
- Electronic component recognition ability would be advantageous.
- Strong problems solving skills.
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
- Highly motivated with a proactive and strategic approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise own workload.
