SENIOR MANAGER - STRATEGIC PROJECTS & BUSINESS PLANNINGUP TO £80K WITH MBO & EXCELLENT BENEFITS - LONDONABOUT:- Luxury goods brand with a focus on watches, jewellery and fragrance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead and Manage all projects with Commercial and Marketing teams. Reporting into Marketing Communications Director.
- Responsible for developing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with the company's goals.
- Supervise and participate in the 360 action plan and development of the business with key stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Ensure excellent cross department communication at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in either Luxury Watchmaking business and/or Travel Retail.
- Proven capabilities to understand the market, identify business opportunities and structure a strategy.
- Strong Marketing mind and experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative working style and team player.
- High level of integrity and loyalty.
- Confident and comfortable working in a changing environment.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Expertise and skills within watches, jewellery and fragrance and advantage.
- Fluency in written and oral English required.
- Fluency in French would be extremely beneficial.
OFFERING:- £80k base salary.
