Your new role
Asa Senior Manager, you will sit below the directors helping to manage, overseeand review accounts for your own portfolio of small and local clients workingin a range of industries. Day-to-day duties will also include taking more of anadvisory role helping to implement change whilst taking the lead on training,managing a team of 6 junior/senior staff members within the firm. You will alsobe required to develop strong client knowledge and represent the firmprofessionally to build and maintain successful client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
Thisorganisation is seeking a professional Senior Manager with extensive experienceworking within a practice carrying out high-quality audit work. Plenty ofexposure to coaching junior/senior team members will allow you to be successfulin this job role. You will be ACA/ ACCA qualified. The organisation is lookingfor an individual with excellent leadership and managerial skills with a strongcommitment to providing professional excellence to help you to build strongclient relationships, as well as good analytical review skills. The idealcandidate will be willing to learn and expand upon their own skills as aSenior Manager and audit professional.
