The purpose of the Senior Marketing Executive is to plan, execute and deliver successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies. You will be responsible for setting the marketing direction, raising brand awareness, building relationships and increasing revenue.

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for delivering KPIs using various marketing channels and being accountable for keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing techniques and reporting methods.

You will be responsible for:

• Create and pitch presentations to new and existing clients.
• Support delivery of agency growth strategy.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet the marketing objectives and KPIs.
• Pro-actively seek the best marketing channels and sub-channels to achieve campaign goals.
• Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing campaigns effectively, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Document meeting minutes and create clear actionable points in follow-ups.
• Update internal project management software, assigning tasks and deadlines
• Build audience profiles and decide on the best marketing channels to communicate
• Create and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, and promoting brand awareness. 
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation
• Write regular, engaging blogs and newsletters
• Actively build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with
• Work alongside the marketing team to ensure delivery of KPIs across all channels including SEO & PPC, and take restorative measures where appropriate to ensure team alignment.
• Ensure account KPIs are achieved across all channels for all clients.
• Deliver insightful, data-led reports and present results to stakeholders.
• Manage marketing calendars, ensuring all deadlines are achieved and scheduling is kept up-to-date.
• Actively seek new revenue streams from existing clients.
• Take a wider responsibility of company projects.
• Provide leadership and support to marketing team.
• Manage performance development and appraisals.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Effectively identify and contribute to learning and development opportunities.
• Contribute to the recruitment, appointment and induction of new staff.
