Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Benefits (dependent on experience)

Senior Marketing Lead – The Role:
Are you an experienced and dynamic marketing professional with a passion for professional development? Do you thrive in a B2B marketing environment and have a proven track record of successfully launching new products? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
As the Marketing Manager for our professional development courses, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. You will be responsible for taking new products to market, leveraging your B2B marketing expertise to drive awareness and engagement within our target audience. The role is based at our head office in Manchester, with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Senior Marketing Lead – Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to promote professional development courses
- Lead product launches, from initial market research to execution, ensuring successful market penetration
- Utilise your experience with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and similar courses to tailor marketing initiatives effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges
- Drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies to meet business goals
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed
Senior Marketing Lead – You:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the professional development or training industry
- Track record of successfully taking new products to market
- Familiarity with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and similar courses
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
