Following a period of rapid expansion over the last two years, we are now seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, liaise with our Fractional CMO and external contractors and agencies, contributing to our continued growth.
As we prepare to launch two regulated entities later this year —a crypto payment gateway and an E-Money Institution — the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and managing its day-to-day execution.
Job Description:
As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and coordinating our marketing resources. You will work closely with our remote Fractional CMO, serving as the primary liaison between our UK office and the CMO to drive our group's marketing initiatives. This position requires you to develop and execute marketing strategies that adhere to regulatory standards and elevate our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the marketing/communication strategies for our newly launching entities, ensuring adherence to regulation and fair marketing practices.
- Manage and coordinate a team of external marketing contractors, including designers, SEO specialists, and copywriters.
- Assist in developing brand voice, website content, and inbound lead strategies for the new entities.
- Work in-office for 3-4 days a week, with flexibility to accommodate personal circumstances.
- Foster communication across departments to align and execute marketing strategies.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude with the autonomy to implement changes and enhancements.
Technical Expertise and Responsibilities:
- Assist with conducting in-depth market and competitor research to identify unique differentiators and increase market share.
- Help to develop a comprehensive marketing and GTM strategy, establishing clear UVPs, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
- Implement and optimise marketing channels across the customer journey to improve key metrics such as awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Help with the delivery of websites with optimised SEO and CRO, structured funnels, leading to increased conversion rates and organic traffic.
- Establish analytics tracking and marketing reporting dashboards, providing actionable data insights.
- Lead the integration of AI tools and methodologies to streamline marketing operations and reduce costs.
Technical Proficiencies:

Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services sector, with a proven track record of managing comprehensive marketing strategies.

- A strategic thinker with a strong ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Must have a proactive, can-do attitude, capable of independently initiating and leading projects.
