Purpose of the Role
The Product Marketing team is dedicated to launching innovative products and driving growth through lead generation. Collaborating with colleagues across Strategy, Planning, Operations, Product and Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering effective and efficient tactical marketing campaigns.
You'll be responsible for the promotion of our cutting-edge AI-powered Nature Research Intelligence platform, targeting Research Managers within academic institutions. As a self-starter, you'll develop and implement dynamic marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Craft an omni-channel plan integrating online and offline channels, tailored to audience preferences, incl. a wider Research Management audience, achieving overarching marketing objectives.
Strategically allocate marketing budget to minimize cost per acquisition (CPA) and optimize spending across channels.
Develop comprehensive evaluation reports by analyzing campaign performance data against predetermined benchmarks to optimize future campaigns’ reach, engagement, and conversions.
Create plans for the successful introduction of new features into the market to maximize product visibility and market penetration.
Continuously monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and replicate successful strategies.
Effectively manage cross-departmental stakeholders, fostering collaboration through transparent communication, frequent updates, and shared insights. Act as a liaison between marketing/product/sales and operations teams, ensuring timely delivery on project requirements.

Events team for coordination of marketing events
Sales team for customer engagement and support
Centre for Commercial competence (CCC) and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams for sales enablement and market penetration tactics
Agency for e.g. content support
Qualification, Skills & Experience:
Proven track record in crafting and executing efficient marketing plans aligning strategy with appropriate tactics and channels.
Extensive experience in SaaS, agile project management, and successful product launches.
Strong reporting skills with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
Capacity to thrive in a matrix and cross-functional team environment, managing multiple stakeholders with diverse priorities.
Desired experience with inbound marketing, Account Based Marketing and Product Led Growth strategy.
Agility to adapt plans based on continuous performance monitoring and evolving market conditions, with a proactive approach to driving change.
Excellent digital marketing and customer engagement skillset with experience in generating demand by using engaging content
Strong communication and collaboration capabilities with a positive attitude towards and actively driving change
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
