Overview: Brand new opportunity for a marketing professional, to join an established marketing agency in Manchester. The agency works with clients in both B2B (tech, manufacturing, finance) and B2C (travel, charity etc) industries on their digital marketing strategies. The main focus is on assisting customers and working with them on their strategy and campaigns across the marketing mix, including SEO, social, paid, email and websites.
The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, management and execution of lead generation campaigns for our B2B clients.
You will have proven experience in running a small team, including training, project and budget management.Also, have experience working and communicating with senior business leaders about commercial outcomes, not just marketing objectives, to advise on strategy and tactics to optimise any part of the funnel.
The Role:
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for:- Establishing objectives and developing marketing strategies and campaigns for clients;
- Plan, execute, and oversee these campaigns, providing support to Consultants in doing so;
- Oversee the performance of our marketing clients;
- Collaborate with the team to plan, prioritise, and ensure high-quality daily operations;
- Propose and implement experiments to meet clients' KPIs;
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively offering innovative ideas; and
- Track competitors and monitor target market trends for our clients.

Salary: up to £45,000 negotiable on experience plus an additional £7k - £8k based on target plus bonus per annum. Location: Manchester, hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
