Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for our London office. The ideal person will manage the whole project consultancy process day to day (rather than strategically) by knowing and performing the company’s duties via the ACE Agreement and Company standards. Represent the company on projects with only periodic quality review by Associates or Directors. Work to enhance the reputation of Introba Consulting for delivering Building Services Excellence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow client relationships.
Be the point of contact and lead on complex projects.
Collaborate with Director of Operations on resource management for assigned projects.
Experience compiling and writing fee proposals, project interviews.
Responsible for managing scope, schedule and budget of assigned projects.
Effectively coordinate schedules for all disciplines.
Lead project kickoff meetings.
Effectively maintain reports and dashboard in Deltek Vision
Consulting responsibilities including participation in due diligence, energy studies, and feasibility reports.
Represent Introba by attending meetings and presentations.
Design and engineer HVAC systems for new installations, system retrofits, system replacement, and system upgrades.
Qualifications:
BEng (Hons)/ MEng/ MSc- Mechanical Engineering
Chartered Engineer (CEng) preferred.
A passion for sustainable low energy design
Be an ambassador for the company
Proficient in the use of Revit desired
IES Modeling Software preferred
Knowledge of environmental assessment methods such as BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS is desirable
Effective Team member, i.e. works well with others
Project Management experience desired.
Sector/Industry diversity preferred.
