SalaryWe are working with a leading Robotics company based in Cambridge who are looking for a Senior Mechatronic Engineer to join their growing team. Working closely with the product and technology teams to assist with on-going product development, design and testing. This is a full time permanent position and occasional travel could be required.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of continual product design and development.
- Take technical product lead on projects.
- Oversee the companies CAD and PDM infrastructure.
- Create cost effective design solutions.
- Support junior team members.
- Collaborate with wider teams to assist with system integrations.
The Successful candidate will have:
- Mechatronic Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience.
- 5+ years experience with full product development and product lifecycle.
- Experience with injection moulding, sheet metal, 3D CAD and Solidworks.
- Experienced with cost analysis.
- Exceptional organisational and communicational skills.
- Experience with stakeholder management at multiple levels.
- Experienced with Robotic manufacturing.
