We are investing heavily in training and preceptorships to develop staff skills. We have a thorough induction process, and you will supported as you begin to find your feet. You will be offered in house training in a number of evidence-based interventions. There will also be the opportunity for further training based on individual learning needs alongside training opportunities within Swindon Borough Council, Swindon Safeguarding Partnership and our partner agencies.

We have good professional support in our service and pride ourselves on prioritising regular joint professional meetings between Swindon CAMHS and the Youth Justice Service to which the successful candidate can be a part of and will include regular team safeguarding supervision and joint clinical/case management supervision.
