SalaryDue to a successful year and expansion, my clients are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Mortgage Administrator to join their expanding team. The position will involve managing a small team with training and development , as well as helping process Mortgage cases.

Working Hours:
As a Senior Mortgage Administrator, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm.
Our clients are offering the successful Senior Mortgage Administrator:
- A basic salary of up to £30,000
- Bonus scheme
- On target earnings of up to £32,000
Senior Mortgage Administrator requirements:
- Strong track record in the industry
- Excellent knowledge of Mortgage process
- Ability to manage a team
- Ability to coach and train staff
- Strong Customer Service and Admin background.
The Senior Mortgage Administrator role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Overseeing and managing a small team
- Training and Development
- Providing on going support to team members
- Processing of new applications in preparation for the lenders/underwriters
- Distribution of Mortgage offers and helping clients reach completion
- Comply with FCA regulations, checking cases meet all internal and external regulations
- To comply with company standards and policies, e.g. Data Protection, Financial Crime
