Diamond Search Recruitment are honoured to be representing a trusted and well–established Estate Agency Group, based in the Southeast who are recruiting for a Senior Mortgage Advisor in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor with a passion for providing top–notch service and expert financial guidance. You should be a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who is driven by success and achieving results.
As a Senior Mortgage Advisor you'll play a pivotal role in assisting clients through the mortgage process. Your responsibilities will include:
Conduct client meetings to assess needs. Identify optimal financial solutions. Promote Legal & General insurance products. Exceed targets consistently. Collaborate with estate agency team for maximum business. Provide support to maintain referral rate. Proactively generate new business from existing clients. Coordinate with lenders for suitable products. Ensure compliant documentation per FCA guidelines The Person
CEMAP 1 qualified, (or equivalent) or hold Competency Advisor Status (CAS) 1 year of Mortgage Advisory experience Hold a full driving license Be driven and motivated by reward and success Have a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence Our client holds strong values that are the foundation of how they treat their clients and employees, such as helping others, respecting and valuing one another, upholding promises, be honest and act with integrity, and giving back to the community. OTE GBP60,000 (uncapped)
5 days per week including Saturdays (typically 2 Saturdays off per month – Monday to Friday 08 30 and Saturday 09 00 option to work from home 1 day per week
