Show us that you bring sound technical knowledge, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a great eye for detail. In return, we’ll offer you an exciting future in the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity.

As a Senior MRI Radiographer at our Leicester Hospital, you’ll bring a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) and a postgraduate qualification. Ideally, you’ve also had Radiation Protection Supervisor training. But what’s vital is your caring nature. Seeing patients as people, you offer understanding and empathy.

  • Do you want to work in an environment where you have the time to dedicate time & care to your patients?
  • Do you want to work with a team of diverse backgrounds and skillsets that you will be proud to be a part of?
  • Do you want to work for the UK’s leading not-for-profit healthcare provider that will truly invest in your career?

If so, Nuffield Health is looking for an exceptional Senior MRI Radiographer at their Leicester Hospital.

The Role

Whether you join us from the NHS or a private setting, you will find that we offer you an unrivalled opportunity to grow the respected career that you always wanted. You will benefit from our investment in state-of-the-art equipment and our commitment to give you more time with patients. As a Senior MRI Radiographer you will;

  • Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a very varied caseload – within the department, on the ward and in theatre.
  • Work with leading practitioners and experience new practices, equipment and facilities.
  • As a clinical lead, you will enjoy scoping to develop policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and develop more junior staff members.
  • Provide a service of the highest quality, delivered with sensitivity and compassion.

The Person

To succeed as a Senior MRI Radiographer you will have;

  • Current MR expertise and you will also be required to carry out some general radiography.
  • High levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately, with a great eye for detail.
  • A caring nature – to see each patient as an individual and carry out this role with understanding and empathy.
  • A BSC degree in diagnostic radiography or equivalent to meet the registration requirements of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • A postgraduate qualification (or equivalent experience) in an area of specialization.
  • Post registration experience relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication and team working abilities.

Helping you feel good.

We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued. That’s why we’ve developed a benefits package with you in mind. From free private healthcare to gym membership, a cycle to work scheme and more. At Nuffield Health, we take care of what’s important to you.
