• 7-8 years' experience.
• Strong MS-Dynamics knowledge
• Having knowledge of CRM platforms
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles
• Strong experience in building IT strategy
• Strong experience in turning solution proposals into reality throughout the process of development, testing, and deployment etc.
• Experience in implementing large-scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation.
• Strong knowledge of building the target architecture, keeping overall business vision in mind
• Strong experience in designing solutions via MS Dynamics
• Strong knowledge in CRM domain
• Strong experience in case management, channel integration, data ingestion, AI and process automation etc.
• Strong experience working in AGILE methodology
• Ability to manage the solution through its lifecycle.
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in implementing large-scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation.
• Help formulate the overall solution strategies and roadmaps.
