Our Team
The Business Banking Tribe is part of Core Banking and Payments Systems but is aligned to our Business Banking function, changing and running the technology systems that support our Business Banking customers and colleagues.
We have already developed a market leading Onboarding journey using MS Dynamics and are looking to not only continue to enhance that proposition but have ambitions to improve our customer and colleague experiences by growing our Dynamics capability.
We are looking for a Senior Dynamics Developer to join our Onboarding Squad within our Business Banking Tribe. You will be working in an Agile environment helping to deliver our key objectives and create brilliant digital experiences for customers and colleagues.
Here's what you'll be doing

• Working as part of a squad you will deliver high quality Dynamics solutions to meet business objectives
• Support the team to understand business problems, size work and deliver change in sprints.
• As part of the Dynamics Chapter you will use your experience to support the Chapter Lead to define and ensure the team adhere to best practice.
• Support potential delivery partners to ensure we maintain high level quality of delivery.
• Support junior Engineers, as required, in their own career development and learning journey.
• You will bring your excellent Engineering skills and knowledge to the team but will still have room to grow as we will support your ongoing development.

We need you to have

• Experience in Power Apps Portals; Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service, including relevant accreditations.
• A combination of HTML,CSS, C#, ASP.Net, Python, Java, JSon, Javascript.
• Experience of working in an Agile environment and happy to be a key contributor to the success of the team.
• As a Senior Developer we expect you to have an opinion and will want you to have a positive influence on how we work and improve.
• A learning mindset - We are looking for a Senior Developer but there is still room for future development opportunities.

It's a bonus but not essential

• Experience in financial services environment and working in a regulated environment.
• Exposure to Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Automate etc.
