We are looking for a Senior New Business Manager to join our Corporate Partnerships team.

Title:  Senior New Business Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid*, with head office in Hampstead, London

The corporate partnerships team at Anthony Nolan is growing and we are looking for a talented New Business specialist, with a creative approach to utilise Anthony Nolan’s assets to generate income from across the private sector.

You will

• Have experience in securing five and six-figure, multi-faceted and multi-year strategic corporate partnerships, to maximise the value Anthony Nolan receives from new partnerships (philanthropic, commercial & strategic).
• Understand how to successfully identify, research, engage and cultivate prospective new corporate partnerships aligned with our organisational strategy.
• Experience in building and maintaining the New Business pipeline to manage partnership risk, using New Business tools and processes to maximise long- and short-term income generation.
• The skills and experience to set the strategic direction and long-term KPIs for New Business generation.
• Knowledge of developing partnerships with the pharmaceutical sector would be desirable, but not essential.
• Line manage the New Business Manager.
