Our expanding Healthcare Division is working with a home in Liverpool, This beautiful 74-bedded home is spread across 3 floors, and our lively team supports the vibrant community of residents to enjoy everything from music rooms and a beauty salon, to peaceful lounge and courtyard areas. Salary: £13.08 (+ £3.00 Enhancement for overtime)

What's involved?
As a Senior Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve:
- Undertaking any necessary training
- Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
- Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
- Senior Night Care Assistant level duties to support the Home Manager, which may involve: staff supervisions, appraisals, record-keeping, medication administration, care planning, audits, liaising with outside professionals, interviewing etc
- 44 hours per week - 4 nights
Ideal Candidate
- A compassionate and caring nature
- A positive outlook and warm personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to remain calm and guide colleagues under pressure
- Flexibility to work shift patterns according to the needs of our residents
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- A flexible approach to working hours
- Supervisory/leadership experience in a residential or nursing home setting
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, or willing to work towards
- NVQ - Health And Social Care (ideal not essential)
- Full care certificate (ideal not essential)
